Sign up here: bit.ly/PASACross Dr. Pearson Cross, who shows up on campus in his day job as the associate dean of the UL College of Liberal Arts, is also quite a musician. At 7 p.m. on Friday, March 19, he'll show up at the grand piano with his jazz tunes, in the home of PASA executive director Jackie Lyle. Viewers can stream from anywhere on a virtual-viewing device. Tell your far-away family and friends, please!
Cross grew up playing piano. He dropped out of college to play piano professionally, and later returned to school to finish his political science studies. He kept on playing professionally and, for the virtual PASA show, will be joined by Lucas Munce, another UL faculty member, on sax.
Munce spent nearly a decade touring with the USAF Academy Falconaires and the Airmen of Note. His resume is quite a reed read!
Sound Squad Media will be working alongside photographer/videographer Paul Kieu recording high quality audio and video respectively. James Edmunds will be heading the online interviews.
