Cruise de Canailles 2021! (Let's imagine all the places we DIDN'T go in 2020. #thanksrona)
Life is strange right now. We know! And with so many uncertainties in the world of public events, we at KDC have decided to take a different approach to the typical Mardi Gras Parade in 2021 because nothing can keep a Canaille down!
Sub-Krewes and individuals will set up camp at a location and decorate the lawn, porch and themselves with something on-theme. All sub-krewe locations will be listed on a map for public access to cruise by and check out your costumes, decorations and general revelry! (Think of it like driving around to look at Christmas lights!)
Here’s some detail on how it’s going to work:
• All members will sign up individually via Eventbrite. Please denote your sub-krewe/individual participant theme at sign-up.
• Individual Participants and Sub-Krewes will choose a location. This location is what will be listed on the map.
• All Individual Participants and Sub-Krewe locations will be listed on a map and provided to the public. The map will be shared with the community so they can cruise around during the event date and time.
• Thank you for participating! By signing up and paying a fee to be a member you are helping Krewe de Canailles continue it's mission and survive another year! xoxo
