Landry, Donna

Donna Landry brings some 25 years in healthcare and community leadership to her job role and civic engagement in Lafayette and beyond. She currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development and President of the Lourdes Physician Group for Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, for whom she also served in the past year as Administrator of Heart Hospital of Lafayette.

Donna has a long track record in hospital operations, strategic planning, marketing and communications, human resources, corporate compliance, physician practice management and recruitment, and property and facilities management. Previous job roles included a position as Chief Administrative Officer of Schumacher Group, where she worked in emergency and hospital medicine management for four-plus years, and Chief Operating Officer of Lafayette General, where she worked for 19 years.

Donna currently serves on the executive committee and boards of the United Way and Evangeline Area Boy Scout Council, as a member of the ULL Communications Advisory Council, the Emergency Medicine Advisory Council for Lafayette Consolidated Government, the Lafayette Parish Public Education Stakeholders Council (LaPESC), Rotary International, and the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Her community involvement in Upper Lafayette specifically includes board membership on the Upper Lafayette Economic Development Board, membership and past officer roles in the Rotary Club of Lafayette North, past roles as Capital Campaign co-chair at Sts. Leo-Seton Elementary and St. Elizabeth Seton Church, and secretary of Citizens of District A (COD-A). Donna is also an alumna of Teurlings Catholic High School, a past chair of the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce Chair, a graduate of Leadership Lafayette Class XI, a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International and recipient of several local and state business and civic awards.
