Crawdaddy's On-Site Catering owner Seth Citron used to operate a restaurant in Breaux Bridge, LA that is now called Cajun Claws. Together with some friends, he established Crawdaddy's in 2003 as a drive-thru in Breaux Bridge. He decided to focus on catering full time in 2007. He’s served boiled crawfish across the country, especially in oil and gas dependent areas.
Seth Citron also serves as a Sales and Leasing Executive for Stirling Properties’ Commercial Brokerage Division. With a focus that includes representation of both landlord and tenant needs, Seth has a diversified portfolio of transactions in multiple facets of Commercial Real Estate. He has knowledge and experience in numerous fields, from industrial, land, office, retail, and specific site selection needs. His particular geographical areas of expertise include but are not limited to Southwest Louisiana and specific markets of Lafayette, Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, Houma, and Alexandria.
Since Joining Stirling Properties in 2007, Mr. Citron has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Retail Brokers Network (RBN).
Seth is also an active member of the Upper Lafayette Economic Development Foundation (ULEDF), the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA), and Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB). He is currently pursuing candidacy to acquire the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification. He resides in Lafayette and is married to Allison Butler Citron with two sons, Harrison Paul Citron and Ellis James Citron.
Mr. Citron is a graduate of the University of Louisiana where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Business Management.
